Apps without accounts
Most Wibisana public utility apps are intended to work without a Wibisana account. In those cases, app data is usually stored locally on the device and can be deleted by clearing app data, deleting user-selected files, or uninstalling the app.
How to delete local app data
- Open Android Settings.
- Open Apps.
- Select the Wibisana app.
- Use Storage, Clear data, Clear cache, or Uninstall.
Request deletion
If a Wibisana app stores data with Wibisana or a user-enabled Wibisana service, you can request deletion by contacting Wibisana through the support email.
Include the app name, the relevant account or identifier if one exists, and a clear description of the data you want deleted.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, debugging, legal compliance, transaction records, or abuse prevention. When retention is required, Wibisana will explain the reason where possible.
